HOW TO CLEAR LINKEDIN LINK PREVIEW CACHE?

Did you share your website link on LinkedIn, only to find that the preview title, description, or image was incorrect? Even after updating your website with the correct preview content and image, you might still see the old preview displayed when sharing the link. This is because LinkedIn caches link preview content for a duration of 7 days.

Solution

Luckily there is a very easy process to clear the cache. To clear LinkedIn Preview cache follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Visit https://www.linkedin.com/post-inspector

Step 2: Enter your URL and click on Inspect, you will see the updated preview content

Step 3: Now re-post your URL on LinkedIn and you should see the correct content in the preview
