A redesign that closed out one year and opened the next — I finished 2024 and started 2025 rebuilding the site for Declan Brassil + Co., an independent planning consultancy providing planning and development services to public and private sector clients across Ireland.
Our approach
DBCL had been so busy running a successful planning practice that the website hadn’t been touched since the early 2000s. I started completely from scratch, building something that finally matched the quality of their actual work — and since their business runs on direct client relationships rather than heavy content, I kept the layout clean and simple rather than overbuilding it.

Organised the site around the four things a prospective client actually needs — who they are, what they do, past projects, and how to get in touch.
Showcasing Past Work
Built a dedicated Projects section so DBCL’s planning consultancy track record speaks for itself, rather than being buried in text.
The Verdict
