The previous developers had built The Dental Studio a custom template, then moved on — leaving a site that couldn’t be updated and was falling increasingly out of step with WordPress itself. I rebuilt it on a properly supported foundation, so they’d never be left in that position again, and they’ve since joined the Care Plan for ongoing peace of mind.
Our approach
After what they’d been through with an abandoned custom template, the priority was picking a foundation that wouldn’t put them in the same position again — a properly supported, actively maintained template, with all their existing content carried across cleanly.

The Verdict
After a lot of frustration with our previous website, Shay had us back up and running within two weeks. We are able to make changes ourselves when we have the time, and other times send it to Shay to update.
